1What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file a website leaves in your browser so it recognises you on the next page. Most of ours are needed to run the site. Two, set by Google Analytics, measure how the site is used. None is used for advertising.
This policy covers cookies and similar tech (local storage) on this site, run by Alexis Maresca, entrepreneur individuel (EI), trading as Beluga, Rennes, France.
2Which ones we use
- Cookies: sp_market and the Supabase sign-in cookie, sp_anon_merge for a few minutes when you sign in, Stripe’s own cookies on the payment page, and the Google Analytics cookies _ga and _ga_MFR10P6T28. Details in the table above.
- Demo version only: sp_live, sp_mock_run and sp_mock_auth.
- Local storage, on your device only: your progress in the fitting, your answers until they are saved, your shoe size, your comparison list, and whether you closed the language tip.
3Audience measurement, no advertising
We use Google Analytics 4, a Google service, to measure how the site is used: pages viewed, scrolling, clicks on links to other sites, and the steps of the fitting you reach. It works with the _ga and _ga_MFR10P6T28 cookies, kept 2 years. Google Analytics 4 does not store your IP address.
We use no advertising tool and show no ads. Who receives this data is set out in the privacy policy.
4How to block or remove them
Signing out removes the sign-in cookie from this browser. To remove the others, clear this site’s cookies and data in your browser. Your browser can also block them, for this site or for every site.
Help pages: Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge. Without the sign-in cookie, you sign in again. Without sp_market, we guess your country again.
To stop Google Analytics on every site you visit, install Google’s Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
5Changes to this policy
This is version 0.3, dated 13 October 2026. If we add a cookie, we update this page first.
