1Who is responsible
Strideprint is run by Alexis Maresca, entrepreneur individuel (EI), trading as Beluga, SIREN 893 369 918, SIRET 893 369 918 00014, Rennes, France. Alexis Maresca is the data controller, who decides what is collected and why.
2What we collect
Only what a fitting needs: your account (email, name if you give it, language, country), your runner profile answers (height and weight are optional), the aches you choose to share, your video and the stride readings taken from it, and payment status from Stripe. Aches are health information: we keep and use them only with your explicit consent, which you can withdraw in Settings, Privacy. No face needed: filming from behind is enough. To measure visits, Google Analytics also collects a cookie ID, the pages you view, your clicks and scrolling, and the steps of the fitting you reach. It does not store your IP address.
3Why we use it, and on what basis
- Contract: running your fitting and delivering your report.
- Your explicit consent: sending your video for analysis, asked before it is sent, and using any aches you share, asked on that screen.
- Legal obligation: keeping receipts.
- Consent: the newsletter, if you subscribe, withdrawn in one click.
4Your video
It has one job: letting the analysis read your stride. We send it to our technical analysis provider, which analyses it for us. Along with it go your optional height and weight, your running habits and, if you agreed, your aches. Never your name or your email. We never publish your video and never send it to brands or shops. Its whole life, in four steps.
5Who sees it
We do not sell your data. Only the processors that run the service see it: Supabase (database and file storage, EU, Ireland), Vercel (site hosting), Stripe (payments), Reloop (emails, such as sign-in links), Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC (Google Analytics, audience measurement: cookie ID, pages viewed, fitting steps) and our technical analysis provider (video analysis and shoe recommendation). We don’t pass your data to brands or shops.
6International transfers
Your account and reports are stored in the EU (Supabase, Ireland). Some processors may handle data outside the EU: Vercel, Stripe and Google are US companies, Google Analytics data may be transferred to the United States, and our analysis provider stores files on Google Cloud. The legal safeguards for each of these transfers are being confirmed before launch.
7How long we keep it
Video, with us: deleted as soon as it has been sent for analysis, and within about a day if it never is. We never copy the annotated video. Video, with our analysis provider: kept under its own retention policy, on its Google Cloud storage; we can’t promise you a duration yet. Still images of you: 30 days. Aches: until you withdraw consent. Account and reports: until you delete your account. Google Analytics cookies: 2 years. Receipts: as long as accounting law requires.
8Your rights
See, fix, erase, take away, say no, complain. How to use each one.
9Security
Encrypted connections, private storage reached only through short-lived links, and access limited to the people who need it.
10Children
Minors need a parent or guardian to set up and supervise the account.
11Contact
One address for every privacy question. It is at the end of this page.
12Changes to this policy
If something important changes, we tell you before it applies.
