These terms are a contract between you and Alexis Maresca, entrepreneur individuel (EI), trading as Beluga, who runs Strideprint. "We" means us. "You" means the person buying the fitting, as a consumer.

2The service
Strideprint sells a remote shoe fitting session. You film about ten seconds of your running from behind. An AI analysis, run by our technical analysis provider, reads your posture and stride. You get your fitting report and your shoe picks from the more than 450 models we follow.

Buyers must be able to enter into a contract under the law of their country.
3Price
A fitting costs €39 in euro countries, £39 in the United Kingdom and $39 in the United States, with no VAT added (French micro-enterprise, art. 293 B CGI). Elsewhere, Stripe shows you €39 converted into your local currency. The price on the payment form is final. Payment isn’t available in a few countries where we can’t take it.

4Payment
Through Stripe, with the payment methods shown on the payment form for your country. We never see your card number. You are charged when you confirm the payment. Your invoice comes by email with your receipt.
5Delivery
- You film.About ten seconds of running, from behind. Our analysis runs and you see a blurred preview.
- You pay.Only to unlock this fitting’s full report and your shoes. Every fitting works the same way.
- Your report.It opens right after payment and stays in My fittings.
6Withdrawal right
Your report is digital content supplied immediately: by ticking the box at checkout, you ask for immediate access and expressly give up your right of withdrawal (article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code).
