Foam and drop, mapped.
Neutral covers everything from firm and low to tall and soft. Right means a firmer ride, up means more heel.
Before you choose.
Neutral is the default for most runners. These are the questions we hear most.
What is a neutral running shoe?
A shoe with no extra structure to stop your foot rolling inward. The midsole is the same firmness on both sides, so the shoe follows your stride instead of correcting it.
Who should run in neutral shoes?
Runners whose foot rolls in only a little after landing, which is most of us. Your fitting measures that roll from behind, on both feet, before you pick a level of support.
Are neutral shoes less comfortable for long runs?
No. Comfort comes from cushion, drop and fit. A tall, soft neutral shoe can be the most comfortable pair you own for long, easy miles.
